“We aim to create a workplace where differences are not just accommodated, but recognized as essential to innovation, growth, and community success.”
Our Story
Most people think we just sell ice cream, but our original food truck, Do It Yum, was built for something much bigger. It was the spark that inspired our nonprofit mission. We wanted to create opportunities for our son, Cole, and other neurodivergent individuals who deserve meaningful work, encouragement, and a place to shine.
So we built something!
What started as an ice cream trailer has grown into a purpose-driven community space. Through partnerships with local organizations, we are able to provide vital, charitable job training and experience for the neurodivergent community while serving up fun, creative treats.
We hope this journey reminds our community that neurodivergent individuals aren't just capable—they are essential.

OUR MISSION
Workability Alliance is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to expanding meaningful employment opportunities for neurodivergent young adults entering the workforce. We believe all abilities deserve equal access to employment, celebrating the unique strengths, creativity, and diverse perspectives the neurodivergent community brings to the workplace.
While many neurodivergent individuals face systemic barriers to employment due to a lack of accessible training, our mission is to bridge this gap through community-funded workforce development. We provide charitable skills training and real-world experience, empowering individuals with essential skills and connecting them with inclusive employers who value diverse talents.
Through hands-on training, supportive partnerships, and intentional job placement, we aim to create a workplace where differences are not just accommodated, but recognized as essential to innovation, growth, and community success.
