Employment Partners

Why Become an Inclusive Employer?

At Workability Alliance, we believe that success is not defined by fitting a single mold, but by the unique strengths each individual brings. Our mission is to bridge the gap between training and employment for neurodivergent young adults as they transition into the workforce. Through our immersive training program we provide our trainees with the hands-on experience and workplace soft skills necessary to thrive.

By partnering with us, you gain access to a dedicated talent pool ready to bring their distinct skills to your team. We handle the preparation and foundational training; you provide the meaningful opportunity that unlocks their full potential.

The Inclusive Advantage: Hire Beyond the Resume

Neurodivergent young adults contribute immense value to the workforce, bringing high levels of creativity, intense focus, unique problem-solving abilities, and authentic perspectives to their teams. At Workability Alliance, we don't just advocate for these strengths, we celebrate and refine them.

Our graduates exit the 9-week program having mastered a comprehensive core curriculum focused on efficiency in the food service and retail spaces as well as teamwork and morale.

  • Professionalism & Attitude: Workplace communication, accepting feedback, teamwork, and uniform compliance.

  • Customer Care & Engagement: Greeting guests, active listening, order accuracy, and conflict resolution.

  • Technical Mastery: Food preparation and safety standards, equipment operation, and cash handling.

  • Facility Maintenance: Deep cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, organization, restructuring displays, and safety checks.

When you hire from our program, you are not just hiring a skilled employer, but one deeply committed to the growth and community success of your business.
