Volunteer With Us

What Experience Do I Need?

You don't need professional coaching experience to make a difference—just a commitment to celebrating unique abilities and individual strengths. Our volunteers assist in dynamic, hands-on ways, including:

  • Active Job Coaching: Helping trainees break down tasks, navigate order accuracy, or master point-of-sale cash handling.

  • Social & Communication Support: Modeling friendly customer interactions, active listening, and teamwork during busy service hours.

  • Encouragement & Feedback: Providing positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to help trainees accept guidance in a professional setting.

  • Operational Assistance: Working together on display organization, deep cleaning, or inventory restocking to maintain a high-quality environment.

Become a Mentor

Our volunteers play an essential role in bridging the gap between training and real-world success. As a volunteer mentor, you will work directly alongside our neurodivergent young adults inside our active food service and retail training spaces. Your primary role is to offer encouragement, model workplace professionalism, and provide supportive guidance. By offering a patient, encouraging presence, you help our trainees build the confidence they need to transition successfully into the workforce.

Join Our Movement

If you believe that all abilities deserve equal access to employment, we would love to welcome you to our volunteer team! Whether you are an experienced professional, a student, or a passionate community member, your time can directly shape the future of a young adult's career.

Due to the immersive nature of our 9-week cohorts we ask that, if possible, our volunteers commit to a consistent schedule to help build trust and stability for our trainees.
